CountryHouse offers three bedroom sizes:
- Companion
- Private
- Private Suite
Monthly rates include all services and amenities, and are determined by choice of bedroom.
An additional fee, starting at $250, is assessed for those in an advanced stage of dementia as determined by the Global Deterioration Scale.
Residency is a simple month-to-month agreement; there is no investment or long term commitment required. A one-time, non-refundable deposit is required.
CountryHouse is an Iowa-certified assisted living facility, and qualifies for most long term care insurance benefits.
For stays of less than one month, the short term daily rate includes a furnished suite in addition to all services and amenities.
