Monthly rates include all services and amenities. They are determined by choice of bedroom, starting at $4,500 per month.
Additional care is available for those who require maximum care, as determined by a nurse assessment, for $500 per month.
Residency is a simple month-to-month agreement; there is no investment or long term commitment required.
CountryHouse is a licensed assisted living facility, and qualifies for most long term care insurance benefits.
Except for a one-time, non-refundable Community Fee of $500, there are no additional costs.
