CountryHouse offers three bedroom sizes:
- Companion
- Private
- Private Suite
Monthly rates include all services and amenities. They are determined by choice of bedroom, starting at $4,295 per month. An additional fee will be assessed for those in an advanced stage of dementia as determined by the Global Deterioration Scale.
Residency is a simple month-to-month agreement; there is no investment or long term commitment required. A deposit of $750 is required, refundable within the first 30 days.
CountryHouse is a licensed assisted living facility in Nebraska, and qualifies for most long term care insurance benefits.
When available, CountryHouse also offers short-term stays for an overnight or hourly rate. This service includes all services plus a furnished room for privacy and comfort.
